Where is my order?
Can I return/exchange an item?
Yes. You can return any item within 30 days of delivery as long as it’s unworn, in original condition, and with tags still attached.
To start a return or exchange, visit our Returns Portal or email support@elvtsports.com and we’ll guide you through the process.
Something is missing from my order.
Some items may arrive in separate parcels. Please check your dispatch emails for any updates. If something is still missing after all parcels have arrived, get in touch at support@elvtsports.com
My item is faulty/damaged.
Can I change/cancel my order?
Yes, but be quick! If your order hasn’t been processed or shipped yet, we can make changes or cancel it.
Email us as soon as possible at support@elvtsports.com with your order number and the changes you'd like to make. Once your order has been dispatched, we won’t be able to amend it - but you can still return or exchange the item once it arrives.
How long will it take to process a refund?
Refunds are usually processed within 7 working days of your return being received and inspected. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued. Please note that it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.
